1. Jewelry Designing
It all begins with an idea! Our expert designers sketch unique concepts inspired by trends, nature, and customer preferences. Using advanced 3D CAD technology, we transform sketches into detailed digital models, ensuring accuracy and perfection.
2. Wax Modeling & Prototyping
Once the design is finalized, we create a wax model using cutting-edge 3D printing or traditional hand-carving techniques. This model acts as the foundation for the jewelry piece, allowing us to refine details before casting.
3.Casting
The wax model is encased in a heat resistant mold, which is then heated to remove the wax, leaving a hollow cavity. Molten metal (gold or platinum) is poured into this cavity, solidifying into the perfect shape of the jewelry piece.
4. Filing & Pre-Polishing
Once the metal structure is ready, our skilled artisans smooth out rough edges, refine intricate details, and pre-polish the piece to ensure a flawless base for stone setting and final polishing.
5. Diamond Setting
We handpick the finest diamonds and gemstones, ensuring brilliance and quality. Each stone is meticulously set into the jewelry using various techniques like prong, pave, bezel, or channel setting, depending on the design.
6.Final Polish
Our expert polishers enhance the shine, ensuring a mirror-like finish. Additional touches, such as engraving, rhodium plating (for white gold), or antique finishes, are applied to give each piece its unique charm.
7. Quality Check
Every jewelry piece undergoes a stringent quality check, where we inspect for durability, shine, stone security, and finishing. Only flawless pieces pass our
quality control before they are packaged with care.
